Here are three customised algorithms a number of people have found helpful for sleep disorders.

Try each one and see how it feels or alternatively muscle test each one to see which is the most appropriate for you.

Use immediately prior to sleep and on waking in the night. All three have normalised sleep patterns within one to three weeks but must be applied consistently for best results.

1. Th (x20), UE (x20), Ch (x5), KC (x20), CB (x20)

2. BB, CB, UB, KC, BB

3. EB, UE, CB, GP (x50 each)
